📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese public holidays.

Carriers:

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Domestic (Japan): 1–2 business days
• International: 2–10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance

Shipping Restrictions:

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• We do not ship to US-affiliated Pacific Islands (USAPI), including Wake Island, Guam, Saipan, Midway, and the Northern Mariana Islands.

Business Days: Shipping operations are closed on Japanese public holidays.

💰 Import Duties & Taxes

• Origin: All orders are shipped directly from Japan.
• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for any costs imposed by the destination country, including import duties, taxes, customs fees, and customs handling charges (excluding the United States and Mexico).
• Exclusions: These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fees paid at checkout.
• Important Notice: Even if a shipping option at checkout states “No additional taxes to be paid at delivery” or indicates that no additional fees are expected, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or courier handling charges may still be imposed by the destination country, customs authorities, or the courier. Any such additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
• Please note that any customs duties and taxes displayed at checkout are estimates only.
  The actual amount charged may be higher than the amount shown at checkout. If this occurs, we are unable to cover or reimburse any difference in customs duties, taxes, or related fees.

🔄 Cancellation, Refund & Pre-order Policy

Order Cancellation:

• All cancellations, including those for in-stock items, are subject to a non-refundable 10% administrative fee.
• This 10% fee does not apply if we cancel the order without a request from the customer.

Shipped Orders: Refunds or cancellations are not accepted after an order has been shipped.

Pre-order Items:

• Pre-order items are non-refundable.
• Payments are allocated to our allocation partners upon receipt.
• If an allocation partner is unable to supply the product, a full refund without fees will be issued.

Price Changes: Refunds or cancellations due to price fluctuations, whether increases or decreases, are not accepted.

📦 Damage, Loss, or Theft

• To qualify for shipping protection, you must add and purchase the separate protection option for your cart.
• We cannot provide full compensation for damage, loss, or theft occurring after shipment for orders that did not include this protection option.

🔁 Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the delivered product differs from the product description .

Refund Conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You must submit photos clearly showing the defect or issue.
• Evidence of external damage to the shipping carton is also required.

⚠️ Chargebacks and Return Procedures

• The return process is considered officially complete once the product arrives at our warehouse and the inspection is finished.
• Refunds or chargeback approvals will not be granted for items lost in transit, items not returned, or items that have not reached us.
• If a chargeback is filed during the return process, we will submit the following evidence:
  • Proof of shipment
  • Proof of delivery
