📦 Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, Japan Time), excluding Japanese national holidays.
Shipping Carriers:
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Domestic (Japan): 1–2 business days
- International: 2–10 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We do not ship to U.S.-Affiliated Pacific Islands (USAPI), including Wake Island, Guam, Saipan, Midway, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Holidays: No shipments are made on Japanese national holidays.
💰 Import Duties & Taxes
- Origin: All orders are shipped directly from Japan.
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges imposed by their country (except for the United States and Mexico).
- Exclusions: These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees at checkout.
🔄 Cancellation, Refund & Pre-Order Policy
Order Cancellation:
- All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 10% processing fee, including in-stock items.
- If we cancel your order without your request, the 10% fee does not apply.
Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, refunds and cancellations are not available.
Pre-Order Products:
- Pre-order items are non-refundable.
- Payment is allocated to our allocation partners upon receipt.
- If our allocation partners cannot deliver the item, you will receive a 100% refund (no fee).
Price Changes: Refunds or cancellations due to price increases or drops are not allowed.
📦 Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Our shipping contracts do not include insurance for loss or damage.
- Therefore, we cannot offer full compensation for damaged, lost, or stolen packages after shipment.
🔁 Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if the item received does not match the product description.
Return Conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Clear photos showing the issue are required.
- Returns must be approved before shipping back to us.
Return Address (Approved Returns Only):
⚠️ Chargebacks & Incomplete Returns
- A return is not considered complete until the item is physically received and inspected at our warehouse.
- Refunds or chargeback approvals will not be issued for items that are still in transit, unreturned, or undelivered back to us.
- If a chargeback is filed while the return is still in progress, we will submit:
- Proof of shipment
- Proof of delivery
- Our published Return & Chargeback Policy
