📦 Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, Japan Time).
- Shipping Carriers: We use FedEx, DHL, UPS, and YAMATO for deliveries.

Delivery Estimates:
- Domestic (Japan): 1–2 business days
- International: 2–10 business days, depending on destination

Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We do not ship to U.S.-Affiliated Pacific Islands (USAPI), including Wake Island, Guam, Saipan, Midway, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
- Holidays: No shipments are made on Japanese national holidays.
💰 Import Duties & Taxes
- Origin: All orders are shipped directly from Japan.
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
- Exclusions: These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees at checkout.
🔄 Cancellation, Refund, Replacement & Return Policy

Order Cancellation:
- All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 10% fee, including in-stock items.
- If we cancel your order without your request, the 10% fee does not apply.
- Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, refunds and cancellations are not available.

Pre-Order Products:
- Pre-order items are non-refundable.
- Payment is allocated to our wholesaler upon receipt.
- If the wholesaler cannot deliver the item, you will receive a 100% refund (no fee).
- Price Changes: Refunds or cancellations due to price increases or drops are not allowed.

Damaged or Stolen Packages:
- Our shipping contracts do not include insurance for loss or damage.
- Therefore, we cannot offer full compensation in such cases.
