📦 Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, Japan Time).
  • Shipping Carriers: We use FedEx, DHL, UPS, and YAMATO for deliveries.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • Domestic (Japan): 1–2 business days
    • International: 2–10 business days, depending on destination
  • Shipping Restrictions:
    • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
    • We do not ship to U.S.-Affiliated Pacific Islands (USAPI), including Wake Island, Guam, Saipan, Midway, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
  • Holidays: No shipments are made on Japanese national holidays.

💰 Import Duties & Taxes

  • Origin: All orders are shipped directly from Japan.
  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country.
  • Exclusions: These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees at checkout.

🔄 Cancellation, Refund, Replacement & Return Policy

  • Order Cancellation:
    • All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 10% fee, including in-stock items.
    • If we cancel your order without your request, the 10% fee does not apply.
  • Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, refunds and cancellations are not available.
  • Pre-Order Products:
    • Pre-order items are non-refundable.
    • Payment is allocated to our wholesaler upon receipt.
    • If the wholesaler cannot deliver the item, you will receive a 100% refund (no fee).
  • Price Changes: Refunds or cancellations due to price increases or drops are not allowed.
  • Damaged or Stolen Packages:
    • Our shipping contracts do not include insurance for loss or damage.
    • Therefore, we cannot offer full compensation in such cases.
