Shipping schedule

Cancellation, Refund, Replacement & Return Policy
🛑 Order Cancellation
- All order cancellation requests are subject to a non-refundable 10% cancellation fee, including in-stock items.
- If we cancel your order for any reason without your request, the 10% cancellation fee will not apply.
🚚 Shipped Orders & Returns
- Once your order has been shipped, cancellations and refunds are not available under normal circumstances.
- However, if the item you receive does not match the product description, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by clear photos showing the discrepancy
📦 Pre-Order Products
- Pre-order products are non-refundable.
- After we receive your payment, it is forwarded to our wholesaler for product allocation.
- If the wholesaler fails to deliver the pre-order item, you will receive a 100% refund (no cancellation fee).
📉 Price Changes
- Cancellations or refunds due to price volatility (e.g., price drops or increases) are not accepted.
📬 Damaged or Stolen Packages
- Our shipping partners (FedEx, DHL, UPS, and Japan Post) do not include insurance against damage or theft in our contracts.
Therefore, in the case of lost, stolen, or damaged packages, we cannot offer full compensation.

Do Not Remove the Sticker Label Code
Each product includes a unique sticker label code, typically located on the back. This code is essential for tracking the product's origin. Please keep it intact.Provide Visual Evidence
Send us clear photos or a video of the product, ensuring the sticker label code is visible. Along with the visuals, include a detailed explanation of your concerns regarding the product's authenticity or condition.
Avoid Opening Suspicious Products
If you're uncertain about the product's authenticity or notice signs of tampering (e.g., glue marks), refrain from opening it. Instead, contact us immediately for guidance.
