When you order online, our staff will randomly select one of the 60 sealed packs just for you – fair and exciting every time!
Please Note
Each pack is sealed and randomly selected. We kindly ask customers to understand that pack contents (hit or non-hit) are part of the mystery and cannot be exchanged or evaluated for refund requests.

Shipping schedule
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, Japan Time), excluding Japanese national holidays.
Shipping Carriers:
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Japan: 1–2 business days
- International: 2–10 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- We do not ship to U.S.-Affiliated Pacific Islands (USAPI), including Wake Island, Guam, Saipan, Midway, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Holidays: No shipments are made on Japanese national holidays.
Import Duties & Taxes
- Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped directly from Japan.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges imposed by their country (except for the United States and Mexico).
- Exclusions: These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees at checkout.
Cancellations & Refunds
Order Cancellations
- All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable 10% processing fee, including in-stock items.
- If we cancel your order without your request, the 10% fee does not apply.
Shipped Orders
- Once an order has been shipped, refunds and cancellations are not available.
Pre-Order Products
- Pre-order items are non-refundable.
- Payment is allocated to our wholesaler upon receipt.
- If the wholesaler cannot deliver the item, you will receive a 100% refund (no fee).
Price Changes
- Refunds or cancellations due to price increases or drops are not allowed.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- Our shipping contracts do not include insurance for loss or damage.
- Therefore, we cannot offer full compensation for damaged, lost, or stolen packages after shipment.
Returns & Chargebacks
Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if the item received does not match the product description.
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Clear photos showing the issue are required.
- Returns must be approved before sending back.
Return Address (Approved Returns Only)
Chargebacks & Incomplete Returns
- A return is not considered complete until the item is physically received and inspected.
- Refunds or chargeback approvals will not be issued for items that are still in transit, unreturned, or not delivered back to us.
- If a chargeback is filed while the return is still in progress, we will submit proof of shipment, proof of delivery, and this published policy.

If you suspect that a product you've received is unofficial, counterfeit, or has been tampered with, please follow the steps below:
Do Not Remove the Sticker Label Code
Each product includes a unique sticker label code, typically located on the back. This code is essential for tracking the product's origin. Please keep it intact.
Provide Visual Evidence
Send us clear photos or a video of the product, ensuring the sticker label code is visible. Along with the visuals, include a detailed explanation of your concerns regarding the product's authenticity or condition.
Avoid Opening Suspicious Products
If you're uncertain about the product's authenticity or notice signs of tampering (e.g., glue marks), refrain from opening it. Instead, contact us immediately for guidance.

- 7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return or replacement for unofficial or tampered products.
